Welcome back to school! I hope you and your family had a fantastic summer.
 
I am Grant Gibson, CWS Parent and Chair of the Harvest Fest Committee. On hehalf of the committee, I am excited to announce the return of the Cincinnati Waldorf School’s Harvest Fest FUNdraiser- a great music festival and cookout! See below for all of the details about this event!

New Location This Year! 

This adult-only festival takes place on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from  6-11pm and will be held at the beautiful Gorman Heritage Farm in Evendale. Harvest Fest will feature delicious food, great music, games, a bonfire and a sunflower field tour!

Music for Your Soul

Headlining this year's festival will be Joe's Truck Stop! This Cincinnati based Country/Blues/Western band's unique sound is characterized by traditional vocal harmonies, Bluegrass drive, wild fiddling, hot guitar picking and the Honky Tonk and Swing sounds of old!

The opening artist will be local singer/songwriter extraordinaire Josh Ferreria. Known for the extraordinary energy he brings to Americana, bluegrass, country, folk and rock, get ready to bring the house down!

While you relax and listen to music, enjoy food and some of your favorite beverages, with games, and a Vendor Village with Waldorf-friendly items for sale. All proceeds (excluding vendor items) directly benefit the Cincinnati Waldorf School.

Regular Admission

Early Bird Ticket (Regular) - $35 per person purchased online and in advance of the festival  

At the Door Ticket (Regular) - $45 per person purchased on the date of the festival OR at the door

Each Regular Admission includes 10 (ten) tickets to be used for food, beverages and games.

VIP Admission

Early Bird Ticket (VIP) -$75 per person purchased online in advance of the festival

$90 per person purchased online after October 6  through the date of the festival OR at the door

Each VIP Admission includes 30 (thirty) tickets to be used for food, beverages, and games, and 1 (one) coupon good for 1 (one) admission to the wine OR bourbon tasting.
