Greetings!  On behalf of the Harvest Festival Committee, I am excited to announce the Cincinnati Waldorf School’s first ever “Harvest Fest”—a music festival and cookout (ages 21 and up). The festival will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. here at the Cincinnati Waldorf School.

The festival will feature two Cincinnati bands. Headlining will be the now-nationally-known Buffalo Wabs & The Price Hill HustleThe opening band will be led by long-time local bluegrass icon Harold Kennedy (formerly of the Comet Bluegrass All-Stars). Music starts at 6 p.m. and runs until 10 p.m. While you relax and listen to music, enjoy food and some of your favorite beverages, along with games, and a Vendor Village with Waldorf-friendly items for sale. All proceeds (excluding vendor items) directly benefit the Cincinnati Waldorf School.

Regular Admission
$35 per person purchased online and in advance of the festival  
(option to pre-order Harvest Fest t-shirt* for $6)
 
$45 per person purchased online on the date of the festival OR at the door
 
Each Regular Admission includes 10 (ten) tickets to be used for food, beverages and games. If not pre-ordered, Harvest Fest t-shirts* will be $10 at the door for regular ticket holders (while supplies last).
 
VIP Admission
$75 per person purchased online in advance of the festival
 
$90 per person purchased online on the date of the festival or at the door
 
Each VIP Admission includes a complementary Harvest Fest t-shirt, 30 (thirty) tickets to be used for food, beverages, and games, and 1 (one) coupon good for one admission to the bourbon tasting.

NOTE: Sponsor businesses are entitled to placement on the Harvest Fest t-shirt. If you wish to have your business logo appear on the festival t-shirt, the deadline to receive logos for t-shirt and program is September 16!
